In late 2014 the Occupational Safety & Health Administration announced it would be revising its recordkeeping and reporting regulations. The new policy went into effect January 1, 2015 and is still the current standard. We recommend taking a couple of minutes to watch the video provided by the Department of Labor reviewing the new policy.
