OSHA Quickcards

With each job and profession comes certain tasks that are often repetitive or done multiple times. Because of this OSHA provides employers with what are called "QuickCards" that can be placed with equipment, in tool boxes, or in visible areas around the office.

The are provided with the intent that they will be available for reminders on safety and health regulations. To the right you can see an example of a QuickCard on aerial lifts.

The cards provide basic safe work practices and OSHA's contact information. Even the most experienced workers can and will forget the appropriate processes for certain jobs. It is always a good idea to keep QuickCards in easy to see areas and to read them before using any equipment or doing a job.

Most QuickCards can be downloaded on OSHA's official website. It is recommended they be printed off on sturdy paper or laminated.
