An author over at EHS Today posted an article titled "OSHA, Drugs and Rock-n-Roll: A musical Soundtrack to OSHA's New Drug Testing and Anti-Retaliation Rule." The article was posted as a way to help employers remember their new responsibilities as it begins to be enforce. The new rule has been altered and the release date changed several times. There has been a lot of push back on the rule because many believe it is too harsh on employers. OSHA has claimed that the new rule will help boost employee safety while reducing overall costs.
