Ohio Company Fined by OSHA After Employee Death

After the death of a 31-year old employee, OSHA has fined W.E. Soil Enhancement more than $16,000 citing three safety infractions.

It was reported that the employee was exposed to a fatal dose of hydrogen sulfide while pumping manure into a tanker truck at a farm near Clyde, Ohio.
